1. GENERAL RULES

1.1. These rules (the Rules) apply to the usage by you of the services provided via the website www.Betsson.dk (the Website) and other related URLs.

The Website is operated as follows:

Betting and online casino on the Website is operated by Betsson OÜ, registered at Tornimäe tn 5, Tallinn 10145, Estonia under betting and online casino licenses issued by the Danish Gambling Authority (DGA).
The operations of Betsson OÜ (hereinafter referred to as Betsson) on the Website are regulated by DGA. DGA is a Danish government body responsible for the supervision of gaming activities. It handles the administration of all tasks relating to gaming activities. Betsson is a licensed member and is reviewed by DGA continuously.

1.2. When opening an account with Betsson the Rules need to be accepted and respected and the acceptance of the Rules by you constitutes a binding agreement between you and Betsson. It is the responsibility of the customer to know the Rules and to abide by them at all times.
The Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. In case of any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Rules or any service provided hereunder the laws of Denmark shall apply.

1.3. The Rules are published in a number of languages for information purposes and ease of access by players. It is only the Danish version that is the legal basis of the relationship between you and Betsson and in case of any discrepancy between a non-Danish version and the Danish version of these Rules, the Danish version shall prevail.

1.4. When opening an account with Betsson, a person should only use his or her true full name. A customer account can only be opened by the customer and will remain open as long as the account is not closed by the customer or Betsson. Should the customer wish to close his/her account, he/she should send a respective request to Betsson.

1.5. An account with Betsson is personal and only the owner of the account has the right to log in to the account. Betsson is not responsible if a customer's account is abused by a third party. The customer must keep the user name and password confidential and not permit any other person to have access to this information. Any bets placed using the correct security details will be debited from the customer’s account. In the event a customer suspects that the user name and password have become available to any other person, the customer must communicate this to Betsson immediately. New security details will then be issued to the customer. You may not make bets on behalf of others. Betsson reserves the right to cancel any bet made by a third party.

1.6. You are responsible for providing correct personal and contact information (name, address, phone number, e-mail address, etc.) and updating the same from time to time. Betsson reserves the right to request further information, even after registration of a Betsson account, in order to avoid the abuse of the same account, a credit card, a bank or e-wallet account, etc.

You must enter all mandatory information requested into your registration form and confirm the registered information through a digital signature (such as NemID) each time you login to your Betsson account. In particular, your name, address, ID number (or similar identification number) and other contact details such as e-mail address, place of residence, relevant payment information Betsson all be true and correct. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is true, complete and correct and you hereby warrant to Betsson that the information provided is true, complete and correct. You are hereby notified that Betsson carries out verification procedures, whether itself or through third parties on players registering a Betsson account. You may be requested to provide Betsson with further documents. Your Betsson account may be blocked or closed if you do not provide requested information or documents or if such information or documents you supply are found false or misleading.

1.7. To become a customer with Betsson you need to be at least 18 years old.
Upon discovery that an account has been opened by a person under the age of 18 years, any winnings will be confiscated, deposit or remaining balance, as the case may be, returned (subject to reasonable charges) and the account will be closed.

1.8. We reserve the right to decline a new customer or close an account without having to give a reason for doing so.

1.9. A customer is allowed to have only one Betsson account. If you try to open more than one Betsson account, all accounts you try to open may be blocked or closed. If a customer has used more than one account to avoid the Rules and/or exceed applicable limits, we reserve the right to cancel any bets exceeding these limits, including the right to reduce the customer’s betting limits. In the event of a repeat violation, the entire wager amount might be refunded.

1.10. Betsson has a right to forbid that different account holders from the same household and/or family are betting on the same object, including the use of the same object in different combinations, to avoid the Rules and/or exceed applicable limits.

1.11. Betsson prohibits player collusion and takes active measures in prohibiting any use of robots or other devices that distort the normal game. Betsson does not accept bets when it is likely that customers are acting in agreement, or as a syndicate. When syndicated bets are discovered, we reserve the right to cancel these bets.

1.12. Fraud or attempts to commit fraud or violation of the Rules may lead to reduction of betting limits, closing of accounts, confiscation of winnings, return of deposits or remaining balance, as the case may be (subject to reasonable charges), and/or cancellation of all placed bets (even decided bets). Betsson also reserves the right to take legal action against the customer or customers involved in such fraudulent behavior.

1.13. The customer has the responsibility to ensure that the customer complies with all laws in any jurisdiction that apply to the customer’s use of Betsson’s service. If the customer lives in a country where remote gambling is prohibited the customer must neither register with Betsson nor attempt to use Betsson’s services. Remote gambling may be illegal in the jurisdiction in which the customer is located, and if so, the customer is not authorized to use the services of Betsson.

The Website is offered to citizens and residents of Denmark.

1.14. THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY Betsson IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL Betsson BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DIRECT OR INDIRECT PROFITS, ECONOMIC LOSS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF INFORMATION) OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL LOSSES HOWSOEVER CAUSED INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY LOSS OF CONTRACTS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, AND LOSS OF REPUTATION ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE Betsson SERVICE, EVEN IF Betsson HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS PROHIBIT THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

1.15. If and only to the extent that Clause 1.14 does not apply to the customer, the maximum liability of Betsson to the same customer shall be limited to the average balance held in the customer’s account with Betsson in the previous six months.

1.16. Betsson is not liable for any loss of damage that the customer may suffer because of any act of God, power failure, trade or labor dispute, act, failure or omission of any government or authority, obstruction or failure of telecommunication services or networks, or any other delay or failure caused by a third party. In such an event Betsson reserves the right to cancel or suspend the services without incurring any liability. Betsson is not liable for the failure of any equipment or software, wherever located or administered, or whether under Betsson’s direct control or not, that may prevent the operation of the gambling services, impede the placing of orders for bets or the matching of bets or prevent the customer from being able to contact Betsson.

1.17. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Betsson and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees harmless from any liabilities, claims, losses or demands made by any third party arising out of the customer’s breach of these Rules including documents incorporated by reference into these Rules or out of the customer’s violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

1.18. Privacy policy

1.18.1. You hereby acknowledge and consent to Betsson processing of your personal data for the purposes of allowing you to access and use the Website and to provide ancillary services to you.

1.18.2. Betsson is bound by the Danish Act on Processing Personal Data (Persondataloven) and the Estonian Data Protection Act and shall process your personal data in accordance with the said laws. Moreover, Betsson will protect your personal information and respect your privacy in accordance with best business practices and applicable laws.

1.18.3. Betsson will only use your personal data to allow you to use the services provided on the Website.

1.18.4. Betsson shall also process your personal data for the purposes of carrying out verification procedures in relation to your use of the services provided on the Website.

1.18.5. Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, unless such disclosure is necessary for processing of your requests, such as effecting transactions on your Betsson account, to carry verification procedures or unless it is required by law. As Betsson’s business partners or suppliers or service providers may be responsible for certain parts of the overall functioning or operation of the Website, personal data may be disclosed to them. You hereby consent to all such disclosures.

1.18.6. You have the right to access personal data held by Betsson about you. Furthermore, you have the right to access information about your account balance, gaming history, deposits, withdrawals and other transaction data related thereto from the day your account has been opened.

1.18.7. You hereby consent that Betsson may hold and store your personal data (including transaction data) even after your Betsson account is closed or terminated to the extent required by Danish law.

1.18.8. You promptly inform Betsson, by amending your profile or otherwise, of any changes to information provided by you at the time of registration and opening of your Betsson account.

1.18.9. In order to provide you with an efficient service, Betsson and/or its service providers may be required to transfer your personal data from one country to another on worldwide basis. You hereby consent to your personal data being so transferred.

1.18.10. In the processing of your Betsson account and associated transactions, Betsson may have recourse to credit rating agencies, fraud detection agencies, anti-money laundering agencies who may keep a record of your information. You hereby consent to such disclosures.

1.18.11. Notwithstanding the above, Betsson may publish details about specific winnings of individual players on the Website. Such publications will include the username or the relevant player and the amount won, and you hereby agree and approve of such publications on the Website.

1.18.12. In order to make your visit to the Websites more user-friendly, to keep track of visits to the Websites and to improve the service, Betsson collects a small piece of information sent from your browser, called a cookie. You can, if you wish, turn off the collection of cookies (please refer to your browser instructions as to how to do this). Betsson notes, however, that turning off cookies may restrict your use of the Website.

1.18.13. You consent to Betsson informing you from time to time about changes on the Website, new services and promotions. If you do not wish to receive direct marketing data you may opt out of such service. You can opt in again into receiving promotional material by emailing our support department.

1.19. The customer’s sole remedy in the event of the closure of the customer’s account by Betsson for any reason shall be the reimbursement of any undisputed account balance he/she may then have, and Betsson shall have no further liability to the customer whatsoever.

1.20. Betsson is the owner or authorized user or licensee of all the intellectual property rights in the Website and its content including, without limitation, any copyright, patent, registered design, trademarks, service marks, source codes, specifications, templates, graphics, logos, or any rights subsisting in Estonia or elsewhere in respect of content, databases, formats, interfaces, programming, the offering of services to other customers, software or any application for any of the foregoing and any modification, improvements, developments and enhancements thereof. Except as otherwise expressly provided in these Rules, Betsson does not grant any express or implied right to the customer in any intellectual property rights or secret information held on Betsson’s servers.

1.21. Betsson reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time. Any such amendment will be binding and effective immediately on posting of notification of such changes on the Website, however, any substantial amendment to these Rules shall be notified in advance by Betsson to the customer before coming into effect.

1.22. If any provision of these Rules is held to be invalid, void or unenforceable by reason of any law, rule, administrative order or judicial decision, that determination shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Rules.

1.23. Notices and other communications delivered or mailed to the postal address or to the electronic mail address provided by the customer shall, until Betsson has received notice in writing of any different address, be deemed to have been personally delivered once sent whether actually received or not.

1.24. Under certain circumstances we may require verification of identity and/or address in order for us to comply with the statutory requirements.

Until the identity of the customer has been correctly confirmed as per applicable regulations in Denmark, the customer is only allowed to create a temporary gaming account. A temporary account can be set up for maximum 30 days and has a maximum 10 000 DKK deposit limit. No payouts will be made from the temporary account. In case the owner of the temporary account does not provide necessary and required proof of his/ her identity within 30 days after the account was set up or the owner of the temporary account has submitted false information during registration, Betsson will close the temporary account permanently.

If the customer is requested to furnish any verification of identity, Betsson requires that the documentation to be supplied by the customer is certified as a true copy of such document and that the photograph in any passport, national identity card or driving license is a true likeness of the customer. Such certification would need to be undertaken by a Notary Public.

In the event the customer fails to provide Betsson with any of the requested documents within 30 days as of the date of the request, Betsson may confiscate any winnings on the account, return the original deposit or remaining balance, as the case may be, to the customer (subject to reasonable charges) and close the account. Further, if proper identification of the customer has not taken place within 30 days of account creation, the temporary gaming account must be closed in which case the customer will recover only the original deposit and winnings, if any, are allotted to Betsson.

1.25. No payouts will be allowed from temporary gaming accounts; maximum deposit into a temporary gaming account shall not exceed 10,000 DKK.

Upon any indication of transactions and/or activities indicating potential money laundering we shall report the same to the relevant authorities.

1.26. Handling of funds in gambling accounts which are no longer being used

1.26.1. Suspended accounts. A suspended account is an account the access of which is blocked for the user. In case the customer’s Betsson account has been suspended due to the breach of Rules by the customer, Betsson shall return the balance of the account to the customer. In case the balance is higher than the deposits made by the customer, Betsson shall only return the deposits to the customer.

1.26.2. Accounts of self-excluded persons. An account of self-excluded person is an account the owner of which has self-excluded himself/ herself in accordance with Rule 1.27. The owner of an account of self-excluded person must notify Betsson of the fact that he/ she has self-excluded himself/ herself and as soon as Betsson has received the notification from the customer, Betsson shall return the balance of the account to the customer.

1.26.3. Inactive accounts. An inactive account is an account that has not been accessed for 12 months, that has a real money balance. If your Betsson account is deemed to be inactive, Betsson has a right to charge a monthly administrative fee as long as a balance remains positive.

1.26.4. Accounts with unfinished games. In case there’s an unfinished game on the suspended account or the account of self-excluded person, the customer has the obligation to contact Betsson and request the payment of the outstanding balance once the game has been settled, unless Rule 1.26.1 applies.

1.27.1. You may at any time, at your discretion, choose to exclude yourself from using any services provided on the Website by following these instructions. Such exclusion can be made either permanently or temporary. During the exclusion period, you will not be able to open or use your Betsson account.

1.27.2. Permanent Exclusion
Upon a permanent exclusion, your Betsson account will be closed and your registration terminated. You will not be able to re-register as a customer of Betsson until one (1) year has passed since your Betsson account was closed.

1.27.3. Temporary Exclusion
Upon a temporary exclusion, you may choose to exclude yourself, and block your Betsson account, for any of the following periods: 24 hours or any time period exceeding one calendar month. You may choose to exclude yourself directly on the Website for any of the following pre-set time periods: 24 hours, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 1 year. You may also contact our support service to choose any other exclusion time period exceeding one month.

1.27.4. You have the opportunity to be included in the national register of the Danish gambling Authority, whereby you will be blocked and excluded from all websites of the licensed operators in Denmark during the relevant time period of the exclusion. 1.27.5. You may at anytime determine your one deposit limits based on a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit. A request to increase an existing deposit limit will not be affected until 7 days after the relevant request is made.

1.27.6. When setting up your Betsson account you may choose to impose a ceiling on the maximum losses you may make. The limit will block deposits if the net deposit limit (deposits-withdrawals) has been exceeded for the selected time period. In addition to the preceding we offer additional limitation measures that can be found on My Account page.

1.28. Complaints

1.28.1. If you have a complaint, you can email customer support on support@Betsson.dk

1.28.2. Betsson will use best efforts to resolve a reported matter promptly.

1.28.3. If you have a query with regard to any transaction, you may also contact Betsson at support@Betsson.dk with details of the query. We will review any queried or disputed transactions. Our judgement is final.

1.29. Betsson strives to ensure the full protection of all its clients and their bets; however, there are certain events that are beyond our control. If, for any reason, the customer is disconnected from the game server, Betsson cannot be held liable for any losses that may result from this disconnection. Betsson will undertake best endeavors in ensuring that the balance of customer’s account is recorded on the server and is not affected by the disconnection in any way. If a line has been disconnected or become unresponsive, when the customer logs on the balance of credits recorded on the server after the last bet was completed, is displayed. By placing any further wagers, the customer accepts the results of any previous wager. As such, at Betsson’s discretion, the results of the previous wager are no longer in dispute and no refunds or other adjustments will be granted. If the customer feels the result of any of the games is unfair or incorrect, they should contact the customer support immediately and report the discrepancy.

1.30. The customer acknowledges and agrees that he/she shall not treat Betsson as a financial institution nor expect interest on their deposits or winnings, i.e. the customer will not receive any interest on the balance in their customer accounts.

2. DEPOSITS AND WITHDRAWALS

2.1. All deposits and withdrawals will be initiated from your account overview on the Website.

2.2. All information required to deposit funds into your Betsson account, can be found under “My Account” and “Deposit” pages of the Website. You can use any of the methods available to you as specified in these pages as may be amended from time to time. Please note that some of the methods may not be available in some countries. Any funds deposited Betsson be utilized for the placing of bets.

2.3. A customer may only make deposits to their own Betsson account, and only with a credit card issued or from a bank account or e-wallet account held in their own name. It is unlawful to deposit money to your Betsson account from ill-gotten means. All transactions on your customer account are checked to prevent money laundering, whereas suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant competent authorities and may lead to freezing of the funds as well as closure of the accounts and confiscation of funds.

2.4. In regards to transfers to and from the sportsbook account from other game accounts, Betsson reserves the right to manually correct, without further notice to the customer, any transactions that may be regarded as speculation in currency fluctuations.

2.5. It is not possible to transfer money from one Betsson account to another Betsson account.

2.6. All winnings will be credited to the customer’s Betsson account. Withdrawals from the Betsson account, in the extent of the original deposit amount, are made using the same payment method as was used for the original deposit. For instance, if a deposit was made with a credit card, an amount from the winnings corresponding to the original deposit amount will be withdrawn to the same credit card whereas the remaining winnings amount may be withdrawn by using any other payment method.
Withdrawals will only be made to a credit card issued to, or to a bank account or e-wallet account held in, the customer’s own name. In carrying out withdrawal requests, Betsson reserves the right to demand official identification documents in accordance with rule 1.25 for purposes of prevention of fraud and money-laundering.

To avoid unnecessary delays in carrying out withdrawal requests, we are dependent on the customer providing us with complete and correct information.

2.7. We reserve the right to apply minimum withdrawal amounts for different payout methods as notified to customers from time to time in the Website.

If a customer requests that an amount smaller than the minimum withdrawal amount be paid out, we may charge the customer a discretionary fee for the same depending on the payout method.
We reserve the right to limit the number of free payouts per customer within a specific time period determined by us.

We also reserve the right to charge a fee for payouts to bank.

2.8. We do not allow bets on credit and Betsson shall not give you any credit whatsoever. However, if a result is registered incorrectly and a customer’s account is credited erroneously, we reserve the right to debit the customer account accordingly. In the event the account holds a negative balance after corrected result (i.e. the customer has made bets with this money), the customer is obligated to repay the amount erroneously received.

2.9. Monies on a customer’s Betsson account are held in the name of Betsson OU.

2.10. Terms & Conditions for bonuses:

Any offer received by a customer from Betsson is personal and valid only for the particular customer unless stated otherwise.

Any bonus offer from Betsson is valid only one time per customer account, computer household, IP address and other places with a shared computer (office, library, university, etc.).

All winnings originating from a bonus offer are to be considered bonus winnings and no payout of such winnings will be made until the terms and conditions for the bonus are met.

Unless specified otherwise herein or in bonus offer, the customer’s own deposit must be wagered first, and only then the bonus; if the wager requirement is not fulfilled within 60 days of receiving the bonus, Betsson reserves the right to withdraw the bonus amount (incl. winnings originating from bonus) from the customer's account.

A bonus offer cannot be used in combination with any other offer for the opening of a new account.

If you wish to have removed any bonus credited to you please contact player support before wagering any such funds including any deposit connected to the bonus.

Betsson reserves the right to void any bonuses and/or winnings obtained by fraudulent behavior, including the right to deny cash out requests if we suspect that the bonus offer has been abused.
In the event of any disputes regarding bonuses, Betsson decision is final and binding in all cases.

If these Rules or the terms and conditions of the offer are breached or there is evidence that a customer or a group of customers has made a series of bets that, due to a bonus, increased earnings, free bets or other offers, guarantees a profit for the client, whether individually or part of a group, no matter what the results, Betsson reserves the right to withdraw the bonus portion of the offers and to settle the bets at the correct odds, or to cancel the free bets and the bets made from deposit bonuses. Betsson also reserves the right to take legal action against the customer or customers involved in such fraudulent behavior.

3. GENERAL BETTING RULES

3.1. Claims and protests on decisions regarding bets will have to be mailed us within 14 days after the object's original starting time. Unless we receive the complaints within this time limit, they will be denied. Claims and protests can be mailed to support@Betsson.com.

3.2. It is not possible to withdraw a bet. Therefore it is important that you carefully survey your bet before you confirm it. Each bet will be given an individual number as confirmation of the transaction. However, bets will be valid, subject to meeting the criteria for placing of bets laid down in these terms and conditions, if accepted by the Betsson transaction server, whether or not the customer receives the transaction code. Betsson is not liable for the settlement of any bets where Betsson has not issued a written confirmation of acceptance of the bet or where Betsson is unable to display that bet in the "my account" pages of the Website.

3.3. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any bet. An already accepted bet can be cancelled if it does not comply with the Rules or if there is an obvious misprint from our point. In such circumstances a bet can even be cancelled after the result has been confirmed.

It is against the Rules to make bets on the same match in identical or different combinations to transcend our limits.

If a bet is being cancelled, we will do our best to inform you of the reasons why, either through e-mail or on our web page.

3.4. We offer single bets on all our gaming objects, and the odds are guaranteed once you confirm the bet. However, we reserve the right to change the odds on the objects being offered. Of course you keep the odds on your confirmed bet even if a change will be made later on.

3.5. The maximum number of objects permitted in a parlay is thirty (30).

3.6. The maximum betting amount may vary between different kinds of gaming objects. The maximum betting amount on individual gaming objects can be reduced as bets are being made.

The minimum betting amount is 0,30 EUR.

3.7. There will be limits on winnings at different levels. The amounts are independent from betting amounts and odds. If a confirmed bets betting amount is exceeding these standards, we will reduce the betting amount.

3.8. If there are more winners in an event, the odds will be divided between the number of winners. However, the odds will not be lower than 1.0.

3.9. Bets on non-starting participants will not be refunded unless stated otherwise.

3.10. We do not accept parlays where two or more objects will affect each other. Even if the customer by mistake will have such a bet accepted, we will cancel such bets afterwards. In such circumstances bets can also be cancelled after the result has been registered.

When cancelling these bets, the whole bet will be cancelled, even if parts of them are valid.

3.11. We reserve the right to cancel any bets from customers who place money on an event where they are involved as participants, referee, coach, etc.

3.12. If a match is suspected of unfair play, Betsson reserves to keep any payments on hold. If the unfair play can be verified, Betsson has the right to cancel the bets.

3.13. Normally bets are open until the official starting time of the event. Sometimes an event starts earlier than first posted, with us being unaware of it, or that we have the wrong starting time. Any bets received after the event has started will be cancelled.

3.14. In the event of a dispute over the time at which a bet was placed and the time at which it was recorded on the transactional log will be agreed as the time at which the bet was placed. The customer must check the account balance each time the customer logs on to the Betsson Website. In the event of a query, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify Betsson at the earliest opportunity together with the customer’s record of transactions since the customer’s balance was last verified.

3.15. If a match/event is postponed by more than 12 hours from its original starting time, all bets on that match/event will be void and the stake will be refunded to your account.

If a match/event is interrupted without an official result, the stake will be refunded unless the match/event is resumed within 12 hours of the original starting time. If there is an official result within 12 hours of original starting time all placed bets will stand.

The rule above does not include tennis. Bets on tennis matches will only be cancelled if the match is not completed before the tournament is over.

4. RULES AND GUIDELINES

4.1. Common rules for several sports:

FOOTBALL

Bets on football matches are accepted for the regular time (90 minutes and injury time added), unless otherwise stated. If the betting outcome hits the total or handicap, the bet is refunded. If such a bet is involved in a combination bet, the odds for it become 1. The second yellow card for the same player is considered to be both – yellow and red. Statistics, like shots on goal, corners and so on are based on the number of it during the 90 minutes and injury time according to www.uefa.com "Post-match/Statistics/PRESS Kits/Team statistics" data (see Betting regulation chapter 15.11.). As for national competitions, statistical data is used from http://soccernet.espn.go.com.

The result 0:0 is considered an even score.

"Who will advance further in the tournament?" criteria by order: stage, place in a group, number of points, goal difference, goals scored.

BASKETBALL

All outcomes are defined according to the final score, including any overtimes, unless there is an offer to bet on a draw after regular time. When there is an offer to bet on a draw after regular time, the main outcomes (1, X, 2, 1X, 2X, 12) in such match are defined by the regular time (without overtimes). All other kinds of bets, including the bets on statistical data, are defined by full time (including all overtimes). If a team gets a technical foul prior to the start of a match (for ex. the basket is broken, the team is trying to delay the match, there is a fight between players and in result there is a technical foul, etc.), bets on „First to scores“ are still valid.

In cases, where an over-time is played not because of the regular time result being a draw, but because it is required by tournament regulations, all bets are settled according to regular time result. As for bets on player performances in such match, all bets are settled including over-time.

BASEBALL, AMERICAN FOOTBALL

Bets on these sports are accepted for the entire match time (including overtimes) if it isn‘t stated otherwise. In Baseball bets on totals and handicaps are accepted for the entire time of the event (including overtimes). If the result including handicap is a draw or if the total is hit, the bet is refunded. If such an outcomes is in a combination bet, then the odds for this bet is 1.00.

ICE HOCKEY

Bets are accepted for the final winner (including overtime and shootouts), entire match (including overtime, but not the shootout), full time (60 minutes), unless otherwise stated. Handicap and Total bets are accepted for the full time only (60 minutes). If the result including the handicap is tied or if a Total is hit, the bet is refunded. In case such a bet is in a combination, its odds are turned into 1.00. Bets for the correct score are settled according to the full time (60minutes). Bets on statistical data (shots on goal, penalty minutes, goals by player, assists, efficiency points and so on) are settled according to the data of full time (60 minutes).

TENNIS

Bets involving handicaps and totals are settled according to the entire match time. If the result including handicap is tied or the totali s hit, the bet is refunded. If the bet is included in a combination, the odds are turned into 1.00. If it is a match between teams (like Davis Cup), in case one or more players are not participating in the match and are replaced by others, the bets remain valid. If it is a doubles match and one of the players is not participating in the match and is substituted by another player, the bets on this match are refunded (odds turn into 1.00). If in the moment of betting there are no certain players announced, the bets remain valid. If the match format changes (for ex. 2 sets instead of 3), the bets on such match are refunded (odds are turned into 1.00). Surface data is of informative nature, so if it changes, the bets remain valid. If in the tennis matches one of the participants does not complete the match, only the outcomes of the games played remain valid, and in the option of interpretation of the winner of the competitions the winning is paid only taking into consideration the effective technical victory. Bets with other betting outcomes are canceled. If one of the participants didn‘t start in the match (disqualification, injury, etc.), the odds for the match are turned into 1.00. In all such cases bets are refunded (odds are turned into 1.00).

FORMULA-1

Bets can be placed on: a) winner: a winner is a racer, which finished first according to the primary classification protocol right after the race; b) racers finishing position in an interval according to the race protocol (first to third, third to sixth, etc.); c) better result: bet on which of the two racers will perform better. The better performace is considered to be the higher position in the final classification. If both players did not finish the race, the better performance is considered to be by the racer, which finished more laps. If both racers didn‘t finish the race with the same number of laps, the bets on this outcome is refunded (odds turn into 1.00); d) finish – won‘t finish: bet on whether the racer will finish the race (whole distance). The racer, which trailed from the leader by a few laps, but still was classified, is considered to have finished the race. e) fastest lap. Bets are accepted on which racer will achieve the best single lap time; f) safety car – bets on whether the safety car will be involved in a race.

POKER

Player needs to reach a higher spot in the event and cash than the other player or player needs to last a level longer then their opponent. If not - the H2H bet is void. Both players must compete in the tournament or bets are off and bet is refunded.

Betting rules for all sport events

Three way handicap – if this betting event outcome is selected, goals (points, etc.) are added to the final result (or deducted in case of negative advantage) of chosen team or participant. When the result, including the handicap is in favor of chosen team or participant, the bet is considered to be won, whereas if it is in favor of opposition, the bet is considered to be lost. In cases where the result, including the chosen handicap, is a draw, handicap draw outcome is considered to be won and others – lost.
